In the Benelux, GFI presents a services and solutions portfolio matrix composed of six branches and five sectors (verticals).
Our six core branches are:
- Enterprise Solutions: the “e-process” competence centre that uses portal and collaborative technologies to streamline different kinds of business processes such as knowledge sharing, customer relations, supplier and supply chain integration ...
- Application Services: Development & Maintenance of business applications using a blended delivery approach for optimal quality, price and business alignment, as well as integration of specific business packages.
- Infrastructure Services: Infrastructure projects with a particular expertise in groupware (migration) projects and support, the GFI 24x7 support centre and data centre facilities.
- Software: the commercialisation of GFI software for local governments, time management and Accounting (EASY)
- Consulting Services: Consulting services geared to assist our customers with their transformation projects (process transformations, organisational transformations, or information technology evolutionary transformations)
- Training: a dedicated IT training centre
GFI proposes a unique individually tailored approach that enables us to support customers belonging to various vertical sectors and whose size ranges from 100 to 100.000 people. GFI BeLux focuses locally on three core verticals: financial sector, public sector & health, and utilities & energy.
GFI engages itself on clearly defined results be it through fixed-price projects or in time-and-material. Thanks to a number of strategic partners, carefully selected by GFI, we are able to offer vendor-independent solutions.
