The number of ICT freelancers in Belgium is growing fast and the freelance community has probably become the most important local supplier of ICT services, bigger than any Belgian ICT company. The typical freelancer is experienced, enterprising and flexible – i.o.w. a potential added value that cannot be ignored for ICT projects.

GFI Sourcing is the extension of our in-house staffing capacity in order to satisfy our customers staffing requests.
On the one hand we focus on staffing of projects and missions within our strategic branches. On the other hand we also focus on technical and business domains currently not supported by our own local staff (eg. SAP) or on very specific skills.

GFI Sourcing has developed and maintains an important and constantly growing network of freelancers and dedicated sourcing partners. We work directly with our customer base, in many cases as a preferred supplier based on a framework agreement. Our professional approach is supported by a Sourcing Portal https://sourcing.gfi.be.

The portal is our freelance eco-system and brings together our qualified freelancer pool with our major customer’s staffing needs. The freelance community is an important source of additional expertise and the ultimate facility for obtaining flexibility and scalability. A clear follow-up and a collaboration base don trust, respect and continuity make the picture complete.

Be aware that you can also register yourself and have access to the public GFI requests published on our portal via your mobile device, simply by opening the mobile application on our sourcing portal login page (https://sourcing.gfi.be). The Mobile version is accessible by clicking on the 'Mobile version' text at the bottom right of the screen. For the moment functionality of the mobile version of the application is limited to the first registration procedure and the list and content of the open staffing requests.
